Job Description
Apple is seeking an Engineering Program Management Lead to direct and develop a team of Engineering Project/Program Managers (EPMs) within the Data Service Platform group. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, platform, and site reliability engineering (SRE) teams to translate strategic goals into actionable multi-cloud and data infrastructure programs. You will oversee a portfolio of 30+ concurrent projects across relational, NoSQL, graph, search, vector, cache, and streaming technologies integrated with Generative AI solutions. By managing resources, operating models, and program delivery, you will ensure high efficiency, cost optimization, and scalable delivery across Apple's private and public cloud environments.
Requirements
Education:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience:
8+ years of technical program management experience within engineering organizations. 4+ years of direct people management experience, including leading senior EPMs or technical program managers. Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional infrastructure or data platform program portfolios with director-level visibility. Demonstrated experience in strategy development, budget management, headcount allocation, and executive stakeholder influence.
