Job Description
Citi is seeking a Business Risk Officer at the Vice President level to join its team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in managing business risk, implementing control frameworks, and ensuring adherence to risk and compliance standards across operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to identify potential risks, monitor control effectiveness, and support strategic risk mitigation initiatives in a dynamic financial environment.
Responsibilites:
Monitor and assess business risks across operational units, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with business leaders and risk management teams to design and implement robust control mechanisms.
Conduct risk evaluations, reviews, and control testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remedial actions.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and risk metrics for senior stakeholders and governance committees.
Support audit processes and ensure corrective action plans are executed effectively and on time.
